That Margaret River Stuff premium Dukkah has been the centrepiece of our famous gourmet platter at Brookwood Estate for many years and we started selling it in small bags to our customers who all wanted to take some home with them. We now send this throughout Australia and all over the world to our visitors and we are now hoping to make this product more accessible to everyone
Our Dukkah is made by hand shaving the macadamia nuts to keep them dry and we add them to our individual recipe of toasted sesame seeds sea salt coriander and cumin to produce a flavour that seems to go as a great addition to a cheese platter with some olive oil and some crusty bread or use it to coat you your chicken or fish, sprinkle a little in to you garden salad or even in cauliflower and cheese. This product is a versatile addition to any pantry.
